High chocobo is high. So high in fact that riding the high chocobo requires an oxygen tank. Please dismount your high chocobo before you run out of breathable air. You seem to already be suffering the effects of oxygen deprivation.

Where on earth did you get the idea that jokingly referencing RMTs in an ironic way is equivalent to soliciting for RMT? That's like saying any comedian who has ever made a joke about prostitution is soliciting prostitutes by having referenced the profession in their joke.

I'm really starting to get quite disappointed... the trolling on this forum used to be of a higher caliber. Now it's literally crazy people who probably don't even believe in evolution and start foaming at the mouth when anyone attempts to say something rational and/or sane.

Do stop mistaking personally held beliefs and values for the greater good or the absolute right. An issue to one is perhaps an issue to none, save for the one.

What if the guy's name is Richard Martin Thompson? What if they're foreign, and "RMT" isn't the term used there - it's a worldwide game, after all!

RMT itself is commonplace, and something SE does (as well as Blizzard, and Trion). All three have often sold items for real money for use in a given MMO title (FFXI especially did this, but even XIV allowed you to purchase a few special items at launch). *Illegal* RMT is an issue, but RMT itself is something Square Enix has partaken in. The guy is named after a practice that's SE themselves do from time to time.
