So who is gonna get the Collectors Edition?

Definitely getting the CE version! (Qs long as it comes to Australia - but then both the 1.0 and ARR CEs did so I don't see why this won't). The dragon statue on it's own was a good enough bonus, as being an expansion I don't really expect there to be any bonuses included at all, but these extra bonuses are really sweet icing on an already deliciously fine cake, and are greatly appreciated. :3 (especially the Kain minion and Cecil DRK helmet - *paws at them*).

Depends on availability. Canadian retailers are pretty lame about keeping up with gaming stuff outside of obvious big ones like anything Blizzard related, LoL..etc.

best to buy 2, 1 for PC (put on a shef) and 1 for Ps4. Open it, smell it and play (or reverser)

Depends on price. I want to get the physical release but think it probably be more than willing to spend. So most likely will get digital CE

Meh, if they gave the flying dragon mount as a CE exclusive then maybe.
Idgaf about wind-up Kain and that Cecil helmet is... Well I'm hoping for more badass helmets available (currently there are none aside maybe Behemoth tank helmet, but it's impossible to have it fit in a glamour set, so I'm basically always hiding my helmet)

I'll just save my money like I did when I saw the Coeurl & Fat Chocobo from CE (IIRC) and just spend it on the next Sleipnir Cash $hop mount (unless I don't like it) or just wait to see what we can get ingame

I've wanted a Griffin mount since those ancient 60s/70s movies like Sinbad, so yes will be buying the CE.

I will not. I'm not saying the physical items are bad by any means, but I will already be getting the in-game items since I have bought the CE in the past.

better start saving >.< that figurine alone could be what, 100e~ ish.

Pretty sure 2.0 CE will not carry over to 3.0 CE. You will have to pay for the digital upgrade after purchasing standard edition of 3.0 :)

I live in Argentina and shipping here costs one of your eyes and probably the other one. Soooo, getting a physical CE won't be an option. I think I'll just get the digital version, as I did with the 2.0 one. I only want that mount.

I'll get it as long as the price isn't too steep. I'll just get the digital CE since I don't care much for the statue. I am loving the mount!

I'll buy the digital ce. Gotta have that helmet for my DK.

CE 1.0 carried over to 2.0. Did they say it would be any different? If so, then I'll purchase the digital CE.

That is not how that works... buying one CE does not entitle you to all future CE items. Sooo if you want those items you will have to buy it. You should already know the reason that 1.0 carried over to 2.0.

They carried over the 1.0 to 2.0 to (a) thank the people who supported them the whole time and (b) live up to their promise that 1.0 users would get the expansion for free and not have to buy 2.0. I don't think that will be the same for 3.0

That was only as a gesture of goodwill to make up for the bad reputation of 1.0 just like how they gave 1.0 players a free period at launch.

I doubt 2.0 CE will carry over to 3.0 since it is now an established game.

I will definitely shoot for the digital collector's. Not really that into the physical stuff. I just want the Griffin for sure.

That's a pretty dumb thing to "worry" about. They don't stop selling digital CE's at all. so that person that comes in a year later? Can still buy a Digital CE and get the item. Soooo what would the difference be?

The 1.0 physical CE items yes. But the 2.0 physical CE items are the same, if i remember it right. Only the covers for the disks are different.

I'm curious if one were to buy this Special Edition would it include items from past special editions or you have to buy those separately?

Yeah 1.0 was different, 2.0 was the same. Just wanna make sure that 3.0 will be the same as well. :) If it is, totally getting it.

Hrm, the griffin mount is okay, but I could swear it was supposed to come with that styley one man airship...oh wellz, prolly get it anyways.

I'm a sucker for CE's so I definitely want one. Hopefully the EU SE store ships it to Portugal. They've been hit and miss with sometimes shipping stuff here and other times not.

the inquisition edition of dragon age was 160 and it didn't come with half of the epic stuff the ffxiv ce edition is so.....at least 200 i'd imagine. either way idc if its both my next years birthday AND christmas present i NEED IT
