I don't see an issue here. At the moment once you're 50 you should climb the ilvl ladder via the dungeons and it's not even possible to get to coil/extremes right away.
HOWEVER in the df the extremes' ilvl requirements are WAY too low for general population. Tit EX is basically impossible in DF because someone always shows up undergeared.

I've been playing since ARR release, and while my progression was admittedly slow at first, by the time that I got to WP and AK I already recognized the drops there as being worthless. Philosophy Tomestones were easy to get, so why bother with the laughable ilvl 55 and ilvl 60 gear from those dungeons at all?
