I wonder if all the solo FC's with houses will have their hard earned homes go poof instantly for lack of members? Despite the fact that they're perfectly entitled to own the property as an individual? That's gonna smart...
I really think personal housing should have been completely individually instanced. Now the problems wards brought with them will only be intensified, when that would have lessened several of them. I'm certainly not getting a house any time soon, that's pretty clear.

Not gonna bother with personal housing now. I was hoping the sizes offered would all be the same as it's only for an individual member. Which is also why I'm finding the pricing fucking ridiculous. You have to wonder how a whole TEAM of people think this kind of thing is acceptable. -

SE went the cheapest and laziest route they could have.
Personal housing should have been there own unique wards, diffent from the FC wards.
But no they just changed the code to allow people to buy houses in the current ones.
This pretty much excludes Any casual player from a house overall, I know there are personal rooms but with marriage coming people wanted a house for the 2 of them. So even with personal house only 1 person has access to anything in it, useless.
Was also hoping they would change just the open/closed house and add a proper guest book. -

If you think an FC house is already enough and don't want a personal one, then great. No one is forcing you to buy a personal house.
The only difference they can make between a FC house and a personal house is to make one more limited than the other and I see no reason why they should limit all of us like that. There are people who don't want limits on their personal houses; if you want to limit your personal house, then do so, no one is stopping you. Other than that, a house is a house, what other distinction can they make besides that one is shared and the other is not? They could make even smaller houses for even cheaper but that would just be a waste of resources.
My only complaint I really have is that you can't have joint-ownership, like with a significant other or something; though this will probably be addressed later on. It is also likely there there will be features in the future that can only be done as an FC. Other than that, a house is a house, how big it is is determined by your wallet. -

Given that they took so long about it, you'd think they'd have come up with something a hell of a lot better. I don't see why it has to be connected to the FC wards in any way. I don't see why the pricing is so ridiculous when it's a one person house, not a guild house. I don't even see why players need stupidly large houses for ONE person.
Personally, I'd a like to see race-sized houses. I don't care if we have race restricted wards, or if any race can buy a plot in any ward. But it makes sense that a lalafell be able to place a lalafell sized house, and a roegadyn place a roegadyn sied-house. As a lalafell myself, nothing anywhere is in reach of me. All the furniture in our guild house is massive in comparison to lalafell and probably puny in comparison to a roegadyn.
If they're gonna take so long about things, why not actually make them PERSONAL!?
