Reporting FC leaders who know about cheaters?

I think your cornered dude. You put words in his mouth to counter everything he said to make it fit yourself when the facts do exist.

How do you know a GM looked into it? Last I checked a whole bunch of know cheaters (like the one i've reported serveral times) are still playing (and they were comfirmed bots). Where does he call you names personally? Subbing more makes you more privileged (and still be wrong about what bots can/can't do). Also your not protecting anyone. Your trying to sound like some white knight on a crusade to defend the bots. Give it a rest.

Multiboxing does happen but i've seen both used, fate bots do work alone with no ring leader.

No, just no. Unless proven means that it's untrue.

You have areas in pretty much every country where the majority dislike/hate the police. But I seriously doubt that the majority in those places are criminals.

He was using an "example". Like you only fear the cops if you have something to hide = If you defend bots you use one yourself. That was he was saying.

I feel this thread got derailed from its original question of fc leader reporting. People derailed it questioning my bot detection skills and how they know nothing of me.

Think i'll call it quits as im sure "someone" will come get the last word in.

Confirmed by whom, please? A GM confirmed to you they were cheating but wouldn't be punished? Not likely is it?

No it wasn't. He even claimed that it was a "proven".

I'd just like to say that it's very possible and hardly difficult to distinguish bots from players. There may be some elaborate bots that escape my notice, but many of them are painfully obvious.

Huh, apropos of nothing much it seems most of the people saying "Yeah, report him" are non-legacy and most of the ones saying "Just report him to a GM" are legacy.

And what do your eyes see here? A young woman, old woman, or both? Just an example that curious eyes are great but that doesn't mean they are always accurate or see the same thing. Not saying you are wrong, just agreeing that there are in-fact other ways SE has to ensure they are correct.

Well actually i answered your question directly on the second page it just wasn't the answer you wanted.

If that wasn't clear, unless a GM verifies otherwise the answer is No you can't report an FC leader for refusing to take action on a player that you have suspected of using 3rd party tools. The answer has been and always will be to report suspected activity to a GM as players never have been nor ever will be in charge of policing the accounts of other players.

GM's don't act on bots/cheating, only the Game Surveillance Unit do. The only way to contact them is through the Report Bugs and Offending players link (from the Lodestone homepage you click Help & Support, Customer Service Suggestions & Feedback Bug Report, Report Bugs or Offending Players). GM's told me not to use the in-game report function.

Have been reporting the same 4 bots and their crafter on Tonberry for well over a month and no action has been taken whatsoever. The more I try to get the GM's to escalate to the GSU to take action (because you'll never hear from the GSU) I'm made to feel like I'm hassling them.
Don't waste your time reporting bots, SE won't do anything.

(I notified the FC leader of the crafter who runs the 4 bots and he kicked him from the FC. Now the 4 bots and the crafter are all in a new FC they made, still botting all day and selling a wealth of materia III/IV's on the MB).
