Since the implementation of the /changepose feature; allowing us to change our sitting and standing stances, will there be a similar adaption to idle battle stances? Such as when a Paladin draws their weapon they are seen in a simple standing stance with sword and shield drawn; similar to the Ark Angel Elvaan in FFXI's Rise of Zilart Expansion.

* Can you consider future Boss Battles, where it is LESS of the completely scripted, Instant-Kill Gimmick fights, and more content where you're challenged to know your Job and Job Skills and intricacies.
Less "Group Jump Rope / Dance Routines," and more fights where you have latitude to experiment and try different aspects of your Job and take down a Boss in a variety of ways.
Will you be adding any ear customization options for characters? Such as multiple ear piercings (all races) and ear scars for the races with longer ears (Miqo'te, Elezen, Lalafell)?

Could you add some cposes to lying down? Some of the sleeping poses aren't very sleepy - female Miqo'tes for instance.
When will we be allowed to turn off battle music and FATE music? I love the music of all the different zones but never get to hear it unless I'm doing nothing.
When will we be allowed to turn off the mid screen notifications "FATE JOINED" etc? Often I have no intention of doing FATEs yet my screen is still spammed with the large notification.
Will there be an upgrade to the Odin and Behemoth fates to where they drop allied seals and/or be able to obtain items equal to the current 110 weapons and gear?
Can we please have a tackle box for fishermen?

Glamour
Would you consider making some sort of edit to the current glamour system, to enable people to have different glamour for similar jobs? For example, making it possible to have different outfits depending on if you're playing Paladin or Warrior, or Black Mage or Summoner. It's great that it includes crafters, but the system is a little inflexible as it is.
Aesthetician
Would you consider making a large Aestetician update, with several new hairstyles for everyone all in one go? I know that making them is complicated, but variety is the spice of life, and one of the in-between 2.X5 updates would be perfect for some cosmetic focus, don't you think? ;)
Will you adjust open world content (in particular, Hunts/FATEs) so that monsters have load priority?
On a similar note, is it possible to add a slider to display a set number of PCs?
Any plans to allow us to turn Crystal Tower/Allagan equipment in for Grand Company seals, or allow desynthesis of Allagan/Mythology equipment?
Have you ever consider hunts to be another feature to give Free company large or small something to do together and scale it up or down depending on FC party size?
Are there any plans to add a "Midgar"-like large technological city, with both friendly and antagonistic NPC's?
Any plans for any more cross-game content, meeting characters from old FF games.
In the intro of FF14 ARR, specifically towards the end portion of it, we see characters yielding "Battle Standards".
Many MMOs have adopted some form of the Battle Standard and have used it to provide buffs at times or just for looks.
Although the "Battle Standard" was in the intro, do you have any intentions of implementing them in to FF14 ARR?
For Behemoth there is Behemoth 's dominion, for Odin there is a crystal in Urth's Gift. For Thanalan there are NPCs talking of a mystery train, tracks are spread out in Western Thanalan, and even Phantom Train qorks for the Garleans. Is there a possibility of A Doomtrain/Phantom Train FATE in Western Thanalan? Mind you there is such high demand there are characters named Doomtrain Thanalan.

Are there plans to added second Jobs to those classes that don't have them yet, like a tank Job for lancer or DD Job for conjurer?

I guess you will talk about Hunts in your Live letter, since the feedback from you was very limited after the playerbase discontent, which is still up-to-date as I type.
1a - How will you adjust it to balance the game again?
1b - or will you let it slide until the next content, thinking that players will get bored once they are all fully geared, and they will go back into Dungeons/Trials?
2- Since Yugiri and Ninja were linked: Are you keeping that surprise or can you tell us if for 2.4, the new race will be available?
Since I plan to purchase another account because mainly of the friends referral bonuses (Circlet) and the duo-chocobo until the wedding system (no other friends wants to play the game as it is now) - It would be nice to start fresh with a new race, new class, and new storyline!

- is that something that we could do into our own personal houses?

With the boredness lvl of players increasing, and to see 3.0 being too far away:
- Will you be showing us the roadmap you have with the timeframe set for 2.35 up to 3.0? (we understand there can be some complication that could postpone some of them)
- Will you be opening one new map with higher-lvl monsters and new Fates, and new secrets? Like, not only in 3.0, but.. in 2.4?
- Hope you can tease us with other classes/jobs other than Rogue/Ninja. My Fun comes from leveling classes, so only one seems.. not much.
So far, still a great game.

What will be the sub classes for Ninja? And which will be required to level to 15 in order to unlock the job?
Will Ninjas share armor with other classes like Monk or will they have their own?
It was said in previous interviews that we won't see a new tank or healer class until a full expansion. What about more dps classes after Ninja (*cough Dark Knight cough*)?
Will Atma drop rates be changed? Most players still don't even have an Atma weapon, let alone an Atimus or Novus. And those that do have an atma weapon or higher usually only have one and no plans to get a second.
When will we be able to form alliances before queuing for raids?
Are there any plans to fix parties created via duty finder to only require 1 tank if the fight only needs 1 (examples: Titan HM, Ifrit HM, Gilgamesh)?
It was mentioned at one point that there will be a system for doing quests created by the Free Company. Can you give more details on how that will work and when it will be implemented?

Hunts are right now unplayable on the ps3.Are you gonna make some kind of fix or are the ps3 players forgotten already?
With the addition of hunts I have noticed a horrible change in the game. I thought with the addition of the hunts that it would give the little players ways to get sands/oils and company gear but instead it is like a never ending race to find a team for the hunts, then you have to worry if others will pull, or reset it when you hit it. So with that said I am wondering would there ever be the idea to take the hunts away from World Wide hunting and turn it into Free Company hunting only? Like take and turn it into Leves where an FC Member could accept the hunt cards from the Grand Company the FC is allied to then the FC can put the parties together and as a group go and kill the hunts. Maybe make it so that it is a way to get the allied seals and also points for the FC itself. It would make it a fun way to keep FC's active, give them something to shoot for that people who can't do Coil, or does not play often would feel involved in instead of wasting time with the way the hunts are now.
I was wondering when we would get more information about Personal Housing, like when will it come out, if the houses will be in new wards, will we be able to share a house with another (like if you got married together), and anything else about them?
I would like to know if there will ever be a way to remove a person's private room in the FC housing, cause if a member become inactive in your FC and is gone for months yet they have a room can you still remove them, or will that room be a problem. Plus if they are inactive and you decide to switch from a small house to a large house you can not give up the small without getting rid of all the rooms. So will there ever be an option given to FC owners to destroy the room and have all the stuff sent through the mail to the owner?
With the introduction of the ninja Dps queue's for low level dungeons are going to be horrible, This may deter new players from continuing the game when they hit the Sastasha dungeon string for the main story. Was wondering if you able to allow new players priority dungeon queues at least for the main story dungeons so they aren't put off by being stalled out.
Are there any plans to make Hermes' Shoes or any other 1.X items available on an account-wide basis? If not, would you consider this in the future?
