IMO a 3rd person only can check the chat log to see if someone has used offensive/bad words regardless what reasons,
and should not try to judge the case by the story appeared on the chat log as it may not reflect the fact.
In addition, when an "abuse of vote kick" is voted and agreed succesfuly, do those people voted agreeing "the abuse of vote" also violate the rules?
And if playerA tried to "abuse vote kick" and failed, then later, can playerB vote kick playerA, ie. for the reason "cheating" ? ^^;
