So maybe Square Enix should be dealing with the cause, and not the effect. If that many people feel the need to resort to using bots because of atma farming, maybe that's what people need to complain about.

I saw that too on Lamia. There was like 16 all THM, all same, gear, all moving around together in a freaky pattern, all attacking the same way, same time. It's like watching an accident in slowmo! It's horrid, yet I can't look away LOL.

Sounds like you don't care about the game being ruined. I do play the game more than I "watch" It's kinda hard not to notice bots well you farm fates.

I actually thought it was my eyes at first and screen was blurring as all I saw was this weird cloud of THMs, wasn't till I got closer I realised its a huge train of bots lol

Yes the game is full of bots.
Most of them are outside the map running instances in parties to spiritbond gear.

Sometimes you see them doing fates, sometimes they port from Mainquest npc to mainquest npc.

And sometimes its just a little gatherer bot used by normal players.


I gave up after reporting about 100 of them.

You know the ones who actually defend bots or tell someone to move on and ignore, most likely are botting themselves.

I mean god forbid if he actually gets more people to report them and one of you are among them and possibly what you are afraid of.

My question is why post inside a topic if this was going to be your attitude from the get go? I mean you could of just ignored the topic all together, read it and then just moved on yourselves like a few of you said.

I say good job, cheaters need to learn their place.

Reason I say this, I ran into a cheater on a game, he denied and denied and told people to shutup and move on and guess what he got caught and vac banned.

So telling someone it is weird to watch random strangers for a prolonged time is weird, is now the new botting for you xX.


Oh and those "wear the same thing, do the same thing" I only saw a 8 man group in Uldah, all having borderline Bot names. That was very Confusing. But like hell I will remeber 8 names all something like Bddtb Ffdb..... And there are Legit Player with names like this, in FFXI an UAE player told me that his name is some kind of reall name if you pronounce it in his language *I still don't know if he was rolling me*
