Non Battle Content in 2.28 - What Could It Be?

My guess is that desynthesis business they were talking about recently. I expect it to be almost as captivating as the recent materia system.

I don't know, but Balmung needs an expansion on FC housing districts.

could be likely. It would match their MO the last time they added something like this. I think it would be useful from a personal standpoint because my bags fill up on high level gear when I am trying to spiritbind my crafter stuff so it would be awesome to desynth that stuff.

Still, a part of me hopes that this is a little something we haven't heard about at all!

It seems like it could be "mini-game" related it just seems odd to make that comment during the Golden Saucer comment but as to what it would be, it's hard to say.

Odds are we will find out in less that 24hrs though during the live letter but for fun let's seee.

Maybe they decided to add a mini-game option for obtaining the items needed for novus or a concept which will be used in both animus and novus. If they went the minigame route maybe they are going to introdue "hot and cold" the XI style of finding buried treasure within a certain time limit and hitting it on the point.

If they did a card game that be neat, but I don't see them introducing something like that in a patch right now.

All I want is an increased Myth drop rate and Fantasia potion(s).

Pretty much this. That is what struck me the most was because they mentioned it during their talk about Gold Saucer. A mini-game could make for a fun time killer depending on what it is.

I am hoping we get some info in the Live Letter too.
