Thanks nugglets and MJ01118. I forgot that it is PST
Class requirements for the following gear have been changed:
Artisan's Spectacles Disciple of the Hand -> All Classes
I have a new glamour now!
Incoming: I transmuted my T4 materia into T1 materia!
Yo, where the atma notes at.
Yoshi P keeps saying he doesn't allow it. I know that only means so much, though. What's more likely in a lot of these "ninja" updates are the English localization leaving pieces out. They do that a lot.
I just have this nagging feeling this transmutation is gonna be "Put 5 of this and get 1 of that" and it'll be up to the RNG gods. Again. But so it goes.
Unless you get another elemental. :p
As if battle classes don't have enough gear give them some gathering and crafting gear too, sure why not.
True ... but then nothing of value was lost. :p
Well, I know what to buy out now as soon as servers go back up.Quote:
Certain furnishings can no longer be obtained via quick exploration ventures.
This adjustment is intended to ensure balance in the distribution of materials and items related to high-level recipes introduced in patch 2.2.
Only if you go by the english translation of the recent letter... the part about "incorporating feedback" is translated a bit more clearly in the german version as "based on the QA feedback they gonna revise the difficulty of the next part of the quest, which was planned to be introduced in 2.25"
Nothing points towards any adjustments to the current quests for the moment.
any idea which furnishing was removed form quick ventures?
Certain furnishings can no longer be obtained via quick exploration ventures.
You can assume it's at least the 3 star recipes that were added in 2.2.Quote:

as long as transmuting gives grade v materia ill be happy, it would make sense since grade v carb matter was a quest reward. but probably not considering nothing was mentioned about any new gathering additions to actually get grade v carb. ill just hope theres still a bunch of junk IVs left on the mb when i get on lol
Guess we'll have to wait until they re-activate the page for everyone else to see the notes.
Sorry; I got completely distracted and forgot.

A: We'll be implementing a system that makes it less likely for players with lower PvP ranks to get matched with people with higher PvP ranks. Also, because you can obtain all PvP-specific gear after reaching rank 30 and become extremely powerful very quickly, we'll be making adjustments to the timing of rewards to make the upgrade process more gradual. We are also planning for a large update to the Wolves' Den in patch 2.25, at which time we'll raise the maximum PvP rank to 40 and implement the new PvP-specific equipment that I've shown off previously. We're calling this the “Animal Series,” so if you are into PvP, be sure to get this equipment and try it out with glamours.
You can argue that it seems to only explicitly state a change in maximum rank and addition of new equipment, but the wording implies that there will be a large update to the Wolves' Den, and the rank increase and equipment addition will happen IN ADDITION to it. That is what PvP players were desperately hoping for given how broken the current system is.
