90k and random lag with disconnects

Lots of Red Dotting and freezes on Sargatanas since Tuesday. PS3 and PS4 No 90k's yet

well since 2.2 my ps3 version heavy lag all time it never happen befor 2.2 plz fix it i want to pass titan EX every week

Very annoying trying to do Fates for Atma books when everytime you approach one, you get an error 90000 and 3102. Come on, this issue should have been addressed already @.@

2nd day in a row where I randomly got disconnected from the game then recieved an error connecting to lobby server 2002 when trying to connect to data center.

I'm a PS4 beta user (NA). About an hour and a half ago I got disconnected and now the main screen is saying ongoing maintenance. I haven't found anything about servers going down for any reason and was wondering if this is correct? Oh btw typing from PS4 security issue said I could not make new thread...

Seriously? I'm trying to do Turn 4 but with these random 90k it's completely impossible.

Ah, so this is why my post in Bug Reports got deleted without notice. And yes, I get the same duo errors 4-5 times a day until sometime around midnight and then it all goes bonkers for the next 8 hours.

Thanks SE for not even telling me my post was deleted, why, or where I can find a similar topic. If I didn't stumble upon this one I would've felt like a very unsatisfied and ignored customer and would've promptly slammed the Cancel Subscription button.

Same here. Seems I won't be able to play anymore, considering today's the last day for us until release..

can't SE say something? about when they are going to fix the problem? be a professional like you supposed to be.

I have officially started sacrificing Lalafells to Molag Bal everytime I get an error 90k, and an additional one every minute I am locked out by error 3102. It is a great stress reliever and encourage all to take part. ^.^

This is annoying the hell out of me! It's happening when I'm afk, it's happening when I'm in a fate, it's happening when I'm in a dungeon and in raids. It's not my connection and that is 100% guaranteed.

Been unable to play for two or three days now. I get "the lobby server connection has encountered an error - 2002" every time I try to get into the game.

I so much agree with this. I had given up when I seen the thread I posted this exact issue about was moved to "separate support" forum. I knew I wasn't the only one having this issue and seeing that just meant to me the following "Call SE..SE say your ISP..I call my ISP..my ISP say its SE". I am almost certain the lag and disconnects I was experiencing on the PS4 Beta was related to all the issues everyone has been having on the PS3 and PC Vers. Thank goodness I read through this thread in its entirety before giving up.

Until SE properly addresses and fixes this I'm cancelling my subscription. I can't play like this and I'm not giving them another penny for something that can't be played.

This is horrible I was online all day long with no dcs or 90k and then at night i got like 7 90ks in a row in between like 3 mins every one... SO ANNOYING!

I'm gonna give the benefit of a doubt and see if todays' maintenance fixes it even partially. If not then I can't play.

If the issue is down to PS4 beta players clogging up the servers then here's a suggestion - merge servers in FFXI where their populations are dropping 300 and lower and use them to expand the ones in FFXIV.

I was getting scared, been having net issues lately and the tech guy just replaced the modem and some cables 2 hours ago. Got a 90k in my first dungeon, but seems everything else is fast and fine. So here is to hoping it is not the new modem :P

Random 90k kicks and 2002 server lobby errors too. seem to be random and very frequent. game is almost unplayable for dungeons right now and has been for the last few days.

I just read under the technical support forum where the "Request for information: ISPs and P2P throttling". SE has known about this issue for MONTHS! And never once directed anyone that thread. The issue everyone is having with 9000k is an issue that has been stickeyed on the main technical forums since August. So plz no one fret or feel like you are the only ones having this issue. Just go over there and see the multiples of players having this issue. I know a small weight has been lifted for me personally. Not too much of a weight because I realize SE has yet to officially address this issue for MONTHS!

I made the switch over from PS3 to PS4 today; kind of wish i hadn't for the time being. Within the first 5 minutes i had been 90k'd three times. Now, ovet the course of 13 hours, i'd say it's happened around 50 times. The game is unplayable right now. I'm getting ridiculous lag spikes randomly when i can play, with the majority of the time them leading to 90000. Please address this. Kind of a fail PS4 launch.

I know it's not my connection because it plays just fine on pc. My account has been canceled I will reinstate automatic renewal after the issue has been fixed.

I have been playing fine since monday on ps4 then all of a sudden today I get booted just about 2hrs ago... been mesing with isp and everything but same 2002 error has anyone else having the same issue right now????

Been suffering with random disconnects and 90002 error for the last few hours on the PC. Being disconnected every 5 - 15 mins.

Are you connecting your PS4 wired or wirelessly?
Is PC wired or wireless?

Both are wireless my ps4 and pc.. My pc is working fine i just tried it no problems there... it was fine for about an hour until i got home from work now it keeps saying 2002 error or it loads up the character select screen pn ps4 my character does not show then it gives me the 2002 error

Same problem for me. New player and getting 90k every few minutes. The only time i played at length was after midnight when having my ps4 right next to my modem. My connection at the char select says excellent where my ps4 is now though.

My ping to SE servers is 123ms when it's normal.

I just found out the problem. It's nothing really to do with server overload, the EU servers are in flippin' CANADA! There's so many hops it only takes a minor glitch somewhere between there and here and bang you're thrown off the server. Japanese servers for FFXI were much more resilient despite having a few milliseconds ahead of everyone else that they were always claiming first.

Yeah, I've also been having awful problems with being kicked out of the game. Constantly.
I'm playing from Australia. I played through the entire main game on PS3 (wireless) without a single problem with being kicked out. Now I've upgraded to PS4, it happens every few minutes.
I was really excited to be playing the PS4 version of the game, but it's just become too frustrating, so I won't be playing until the issue has been fixed.

Gotten 90K disconnect error 3 times in the last 30 min followed by error 2002 when trying to reconnect to data center. On following login that gets to character selection it then tells me world full with queue remaining 1. This all on PC.

I live in Canada, and am frequently getting 90k 90002 etc. Play on PC since August 2013.

I play on ultros in America and haven't been able to play for 2 weeks.

I am on PC and having similar issues, errors every 10 minutes. I am connected to the internet via a wire and mouse is connected as well, and my internet is Fibe with Bell. I am located in Ontario and problem is getting worse not better. I have played since February 2013 in Beta. I play on Brynhildr.

My experience with this issue has been quite annoying. Ive found that it isn't always connection related, more towards framerate issues with the game itself. I've been in situations where my game would be completely frozen, but I could still hold conversations in the Free Company menu and elsewhere. The lag would last anywhere from 15-45 seconds with rare occurences of over 5 minutes. Then at times, I wouldn't even make it to the second login screen where you choose your character and data world. It would freeze and then I would get the 2002 error. Just consistent 90000, 10015, and 2002 errors. Repeatedly. There were times though where i was connected for an extended period of time and could actually get things done, only to start that one main quest and then get 90k'd into oblivion for the next hour. I dont want to complain because things happen, but this is absolutely unacceptable for a game that has been out for well over a year now. I wouldn't be so pissed off if i wasn't dumping money into SE's pocket, but I'm done with these petty things that every online game seems to suffer from. Figure it out people.

Constant 90K and 2002 errors since I "upgraded" to ps4. Wish I could go back to my ps3. It worked better.

Any word on this annoying as hell 90000 error? I am essentially throwing my money down the toilet on a game i can't even play. If I get the miraculous privilege of even entering the game, the lag is so bad that I can't even enjoy it. This is shortly followed by either 2002 or 90000. Any word on this SE? Why are there so many technical issues with this game?

They are doing yet another patch on this game. Maintenance gets to play this more than I do.

If this issue is not resolved after the 4/23 maintenance, I'm done with the game. I'm sick of sitting here trying and trying and trying to get into the lobby only to be thrown off the server like I didnt just throw 15$ into their pockets. I will personally go to their headquarters and drop kick each and every employee in the face. Seriously.

Perhaps you should spend some time figuring out if it's on your side as it works fine for the majority.
If you're on wireless, change to wired for example.
