So, so wrong. Aside from heart mode being on a timer, every time he repeats the final stage (as seen in NyneAlexander's signature), his stomps do one more stomp. This means that if your DPS is low, he'll repeat his rotation several times and the stomp becomes unmanageable, not matter how much HP and cure spam you have. tl;dr: Titan is a huge damage check.
