It is registered to the account, not to a single character. Every character on a 1.0 account, old and new, get this extra Fantasia.

Damn yea you need to wait 30 + 30 days before you can claim your vet rewards :(

With all the treads we've had about this since the games release, I think it's time SE just says something about this issue publicly. Seeing as how EU/JP's have a way to bypass this with time cards anyway, I don't see why they're keeping NA in the dark about opening subscriptions. It's especially annoying when you already have Crysta.

For NA 2.0's who want a Phial, it's been pretty frustrating seeing everyone else take their slice before you.
-EU's got them with time cards
-They were freely handed out to 1.0's
-1.0 subscription charges

You can get 6 months of game time at a time? Is that not enough for you?

We can't extend our subscription just because we are currently have active subscription.We have to wait subscription expired.
EU / JP can extend subscription via FFXIV Game time card, NA can't.

And some of us won't be able to get their veteran rewards for two months because they have both PC and PS3 version of the game (30 days + 30 days + 7 days of free trials).
