All Worlds Maintenance (Sept. 11)

So what's your plan on fixing the current gil sink issues that have arrived from repairs? They are to high and need to adjusted and rewards be added to dungeons so dungeon crawlers can continue to play the game or you will lose them.

We know they are coming, but when? My friends keep waffling about if they should just start new on my server or keep playing their legacy toons they already have because we don't know when transfers will happen. If the transfers are coming soon (say within a week or two) they want to keep what they've already accomplished because they already have their Job, but if it's more like a month or two then they might as well start over on my server now so we can enjoy playing together. So knowing a better target date will help them make up their minds about what to do. Right now they're dragging their feet in hopes the transfers are soon but keep talking about dropping the game because their not having fun on their individual servers.

Please give us a target date, not just a carrot.

I'm sorry, but I do not support asking a JAPANESE company to shift their hours just because we are North Americans/Europeans. At all. And im a US player.

I don't think it's unreasonable to ask that they rotate times periodically. As is, whether they're a Japanese company, a US company, or an Egyptian company, they have more players in the US than anywhere else; it makes business sense to not piss off one's largest customer base (at least, based on numbers given prior and the login debacle).

Most businesses specifically look for the lowest traffic times to do maintenance. That is not what SE is doing. It's not a major issue, and certainly not something I'm worried about (I'll just read a book like last time or have fun watching the forums implode), but it would be a well-appreciated courtesy.

Please stop complaining about it being an issue for "prime time" Oceanic players (and Asian players) dealt with this for Western MMO's, nobody complained because they understood the situation.

Why is the NA data center doing the maintenace during prime American Hours during Japans down time?! Is this going to continue, one time was cute this is an unacceptable time for NA/EU.
