That has to be one of the worst mixed metaphors I've ever seen, unless you're one of those people that dies to peanuts.

Same RMT spammer has been shouting in Gridania for the past 8 hours. Seriously, I'm sure GMs are flooded with complaints about this, yet nothing is done. Can't be that hard to hit them with the banhammer, even if it has to be done one spammer at a time. Step it up SE, this is very annoying! So many on my blist already! /cry
my other comments have been covered, so.... The massive gil they have it is not a scam, they farmed like the end of the world till they probably had 99,99,999 Gil per bot they had from 1.0. So some may be but a lot of them are just horders from 1.0 as well as hackers.
Here's a suggestion I made to help handle the spam as well as report them to the right people.
RMT accounts deleted
518 down many more to go.
Keep up the good work guys!
VICTORY!
And that's one giant step for us to happily enjoy this game.
Good to know. I wasn't quite sure which category to use when reporting Gil Sellers. Now I know. Thanks. On a kinda of related question. Has anyone been using a security token? I have one but I have been hesitant to use it, because I've read some forum posts about users having difficulties with them.
I am not sure what difficulties they were talking about but trust me you will want to use a security token. My old account of FFXI was hacked and SE banned it because they thought it was a RMT and didn't help me to get it back (shit luck I know.) Anyway, it's easy to register your security token through the account management and after it is registered be sure to write down your serial number and emergency removal password. That password is if your security token is lost or stolen.

I agree with that, that's what I am using mine. Still, it's possible to lose your phone like some people do that all the time. ^^
