1. The queues don't work, even when you get into them, sometimes you get a queue, then get kicked, sometimes you get straight in, it's RNG completely.
2. He mentioned that they want to concentrate on opening up more servers so they can get more money before giving a crap about anyone already playing, I completely agree.
3. Yeah, she's talking about them increasing the cap with these new servers, they have made some, small, vague mention of doing this.
4. Adding more servers is nessecary when your launching, but perhaps dealing with the pre-existing problems would be good before inviting more people into this crapfest just so they can grab a few extra dollars. I doubt the people who are working on getting these servers hooked up and working are the same people who would be working on an afk boot timer or better queue system anyway - but they've mentioned they're not even interested in doing this at the moment, what a horrible company and producer.

Pretty much this.. minus the money making..

3) They're increasing the cap but we don't know how much. It could be a little (1,000) it could be a moderate amount or too much. Either way, we don't know and we're going to probably still see 1017 because I high doubt they're going to add a massive amount for whatever reason.

And like I'll say again.. any other MMO with a bigger boom than this launch somehow still had a working as intended queue.. Not SE, that's all. end of story.

This is a mess. How can you deny that? lol It MAY be fixed tomorrow, unlikely due to reasons I've stated. I hope they work though, and I hope they keep the queue (Duty finder) perfectly available and work on making their login queue not suck.

the more i read, the more i believe these guys are right. they just want to re-open digital sales. we're just gonna get the same error messages. also, couldn't you just make your queue unlimited? why stop it at such a low number? and still you get kicked so it's obviously broken

That's what the MMO vets from other companies want to know.. They've seen it done with THOUSANDS in to queue. LOL I mean.. The ones that are defending this crappy queue can't comprehend how bad it is.

I almost thought they were doing this maint just to resell digital copies myself at one point (When I was so irate I didn't both logging in because I knew I wouldn't have fun) but that's a little TOO embarrassing to reopen sales just to make another quick buck and give crappy play to everyone, again, and new customers that haven't been following this, at al until they see the massive amounts of complaints if they run in to it. Where am I getting at with this comment? I have higher hopes than them doing something like that just for sales.

Than it is fixed, we stop complaining and play the game. otherwise I expect an apology by all the guys who say it will be fixed, when there has been no official statement saying it is going to be fixed.

They already explained that the reason for the soft cap on the servers is due to the duty finder / instancing cluster being overloaded. This is due to the duty finder cluster working across all 25 servers in NA/EU. They are are splitting up this load to a similar system as WoW's battlegroups, where they will split up multiple duty finder clusters between multiple servers. This may or may not mean longer queues (ratios will determine this, NOT quantity of players), but the entire point of this is so they can remove the soft caps that were put in place during early access.
