Aion to this day still cant handle a 50 vs 50 abyss raid without lagging most players out of it.

What i find funny and pathetic about the common player, is the fact that they fail to admit they're part of the problem. We all are part of the problem because we find this to be a great game and want to play!

Stop defaming SE, Yoshida and the DEVs for all their hard work. It's a success because of all of us.

Because of such a success, they're also cursed with the management of countless players wanting to log in. This launch was way better than of 2010. Oppose to the countless crashes your getting when your in-game, in-game access is restricted until they resolve the quota.

Admit it all, paying good money for service isn't a good enough excuse to act like a child with a temper-tantrum over not have the candy he/she wanted at the store.

I played Aion at launch, sure it was laggy and got dc'd a few times here and there but the difference between this launch and Aions was I was actually able to play Aion! Last time I was actually able to log in and play this game was Wednesday! Otherwise it has been nothing but endless 1017's. I understand the first few days, thats forgivable but here we are over a week later with a significant portion of its player base who purchased FFXIV still unable to log in, many who have yet to even get the a character create screen.

I wont cry like a child but i will say this the game is good and yes ppl want to play it but maybe management should of said hey how many ppl are going to play we should take that figure and at least double it and make sure we can turn on more servers if we need to and have plans in place for issues

interesting the people who are at level 50 over several classes like to make the rest of us feel like we have no right to complain and issue or grievance

hey uh about that 1017, i just tried login once and if i got that code then i just close ff and open LOL played co-op for a bit then tried it again, and hey it worked like a charm, so now everytime i got 1017 i just play lol XD, unless its unable to get NA/EU list then im screwed XD.

Anyway PSxpert words are the most exact feeling i have towards these people who think they know better. we all are the problems i read somewhere in the notice that they restrict login (hence the 1017) because too many people logged in at once, also because some people persisted the server crashed (hence the unable to get world list).

all i gotta say go get a life this is a game, which you can wait (properly) to play (properly), go have some fun outside with friends or families, or play some other games. to tell you the truth i kinda decided to wait for a month after the initial release to play to avoid these problems, but what can i say the game is very tempting >.<
