Yep. I'd have customer support do more than send a form letter to people who registered the game to a second service account.
Definitely a QUEUE!!. I deal the with server issues overall because lets face it the game received for more interest than initially anticipated. BUT I am tired of playing the "click and pray" game to get onto my server. I don't care if it takes an hour. I can play other games till then. But seeing an endless "1017" error is by far the most irritating and infuriating thing going on with this game right now.
Shitty customer service.
