have you read the EULA? They are covered, legally, for all this down time.

1 month does seem reasonable. There has been this week and the weekend of early access. We're gonna be marching into another week here soon. I highly doubt these issues will be properly fixed in the next couple upcoming days. So I'm sure we'll miss another week of proper play time. And considering most of us have lives and full time jobs or go to school, it's unacceptable that we can't play during the times we are able to. So, yes, concur that another free month is a reasonable request after the hell we've been forced to suffer through.
Regardless, if they simply give everyone days equal to how long the server issues were going on, they're basically not giving players any compensation whatsoever, because you were already denied those days all they're doing is returning them so that you have the same amount of days to play that you would have without these server issues. It doesn't address compensation for the frustration people had to go through not being able to play for that length of time. That is bad business practice, and will result in loss of potential customers.
It seems fair if you cant play for a week you get 1 week free, but like me and I think lots of other people have been looking forward to see this game and have been waiting for months. Now its finally released and still you cant play it. A free month is better thing to do for your costumers since SE have let a lot of people down for too long
I don't disagree there is no compensation for your frustration. Don't get me wrong there. I am insanely frustrated that I have not been able to play every time I want to log in since Early Access. But I just choose not to have hopes or demands for compensation. Really, I have paid 30 dollars for a game I have not been able to play whenever I want. I have not spent a dollar on access time yet. While my "free time" is bundled into the price of my game, let's say that I spent 14.99 on the access and 15.00 on the game itself. They owe me .50 cents a day for every day I cannot play. So a day per day exchange would be fair. But I have played. I can't lie and say I haven't. I play more overnights. I have a level 25 Lancer with other Jobs at level 20,15,10, etc. You have not gotten to play at all from the looks of your level, so I understand you are obviously more frustrated that I am. But, this is a game. You can do other things. But you are not wrong for being upset. no one is.
I would be grateful they are giving any time at all, Most companies don't do that. Heck when my Microsoft Xbox 360 account got hacked and someone stole all my money, Microsoft had to lock my account for 2 months to track and give me my money back. After those 2 months they sent me a e-mail saying that it happened due to one of there employees not actively securing a number of peoples accounts with there standards encryption rating. They gave me my money back (not because i returned something that I didn't like, the money that the person stole from me that hacked my account) and 2 months have been ticked off of my yearly account status.
If they can fix this, and give me another free month for the COUNTLESS hours of wasted time of my life trying to log into this damn game, i will be happy and they will retain me as a player.....if they make me pay for this next month im going to be one unhappy camper...
So the game itself, you estimate you paid 0$ for it? No, you have to take the monthly sub which is 14.99 (at most) divide by 30 (numbers of days in a month) which means 15 cents a day multiply by 8, 4$. You cannot take the price of the box and say you paid 50$ for your first month, this is complete fail math my friend.
EDIT: Fixed my DERP moment.
