No valid service account available to play FF XIV

1. Search your email for a message from: webhelp.v4@digitalriver.com
2. Click the link that is your order number. Says "Order Number: XXXXXXXXX".
3. On the page that opens, put in your order number, and last 5 of credit card.
4. It will find your order, and there will be a 20 digit XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX number labed "Serial Number".
5. Enter that number in the game client, or add it to the services in your square-enix account page.
6. Good to go.

The problem is that everyone used Early access serial numbers, they expired on the 27th. You need to register your permanent serial number now.

You might be in this mess. Early on with ps3 sign ups it would create the a second account. So your Early access character is in account #1 and the your product code you got was put into account #2.

Also if got the Hard copy of the game. The Early access code different then main code . It from what heard is on there very back of the instruction book or box.


Also need put the hard copy code in the playstation market or on your PSN account manager there a spot redeem codes. not sure what one though.

Hm. In my case, when I enter the code (either one) the number just isn't accepted. It seems I can't even create a second account to get mad over. :-/ I guess all I can do is fume quietly for the next couple days and hope for the best.

Same boat, except i'm a 1.0 player, and my response from support:

i bought the game at may 30th, and still haven't seen the physical copy, how am i gonna put any code this way? ...

I do not want to make a second character! I want the character I had on the digital Download back.
