Not Registered? i was playing yesterday....

I have same issues. It was 3 days trials and now is inactive.
So I have to wait my CE to get imput on MogStation to have my access with 30 days trial?

OK thanks, hopefully that works. Where do u purchase a subscription ? I dont see any place to get one ?

Check your original Order Confirmation email. Mine lists
FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn [PC DOWNLOAD] (Pre-Ordered)

Now the Bonus package has a code underneath it, but the PC Download did not. So I went to the link for findmyorder.com (which may not be the same for you if you ordered it through a different store than I did), entered my email and partial credit card info, and got to a page which has the code under "Serial Number". Entered that in the Mog Station as instructed above and it worked.

EDIT: Now to go get some Error 1017s!

If you bought a physical copy, then your code will be in the box. So if you have not received your physical copy yet, then you won't be able to play. Mogstation won't let you setup a subscription till you register this code.

So unfortunately you will have to wait. The good news is your 30 free days does not start till you input the code, so you aren't losing any game time.

I have the PS3 version from gamestop, never got that email

go to playstation store>>>redeemcodes. enter the 12cdigit code on back of the game booklet and follow on screen instructions

The code you registered before mogstation was up was the Early Access code, this expired today. You should of received a new code that is the "retail code". How you received this code is based on who or where you bought it from, check your spam folder on the 27th. This new retail code has to be registered to your account to prove that you purchased the game. Once you register this retail code, you can set up subscription services (however you also receive 30 free days with this code)

and I repeat for good measure...YOUR RETAIL CODE IS NOT THE EARLY ACCESS CODE, they are different.

I bought the game through square enix the first day we was able to. On the order details page it gave me a 18 digit seriel code. This obviously didn't work. Also of course the preorder code I got in my email doesn't work as well.
Anyone have any ideas on where I can find my 20 digit number? I have not received any new emails recently that have this information.
