It's good that they are working on it but this could have been avoided entirely. Phase 4 just was too short of a stress test.

Phase 4 was abit short. The main issue as a tech that I see is that they have a memory leak by using bad server hardware.

Its not necessarily a software issue, but a hardware issue.

Sadly that is poor project management.... but I have faith they will pull it together..

You can complain about it or help them fix it.....I vote to help them by supplying information and being patient, or you flame them and it all falls apart and this amazing game is gone...

To bad thsi is not a Launch and more of a Bate as far as SE see it that is WHY THEY DID THIS to get all the lil bugs out now with the full game open befor the other 50000 ppl log on 27ths... if you can't see pass your dam ass then you my firend have not played many MMO Launches ^^

It was laggy as all hell... but nothing was stopping you from playing the content (other than the fact that there was none). You COULD play the game

I like how when ever a rational person appears, and tries to dull out reason. The trolls are on him/her in a second proclaiming "White Knight!". In ten years of playing MMO's I've never once seen a launch go perfectly. Most have had worst issues then this one even. Hell Guild Wars 2 had one of the worst just because of security breaches. I still get emails saying some douche bag in China wants in my account.

Worst case scenario shit is still fairly bad. What will happen is SE will do like every other company that's ever existed has done and give you some super rare awesome god card to make things better. And then you'll all say "OH YAY SE!!" and then three months will pass and you will have left the game because you got 'le bored' and move onto what ever other MMO is coming out.

Actually its terrible for its time. ive been to every mmo EA since Aion and this by far has been the worst and thats hard to say after diablo 3 EA.

Aion was HORRIBLE release...
Diablo failed
Rift was decent
SWTOR was omgwtf fail with broken main quest lines still 4 months in

SE is trying their rear off for us and this is still prerelease..... give them credit for actually being there and trying.

I was playing fine today I advanced the main quest with no problems. I've beenworking all weekend so iI've not had to deal with the maintenance. But when I get home everythingvworks fine for me. Except last night couldn't advance main quest but seems that was fixed for me by this morning.

Take SE's dick out of your ass. They had so many reports on these very issues (3102, 90000, 10102, overloaded duty servers, etc.) during beta that they should have had this shit figured out a long time ago. Compared to other launches I've been in this is the worst one in recent memory.
