To be honest, as far as Early Access goes, this is a pretty good launch and them responding to issues so quickly is above average service as well. No big deal, I think a little appreciation is warranted.

Actually its terrible for its time. ive been to every mmo EA since Aion and this by far has been the worst and thats hard to say after diablo 3 EA.

Aion was HORRIBLE release...
Diablo failed
Rift was decent
SWTOR was omgwtf fail with broken main quest lines still 4 months in

SE is trying their rear off for us and this is still prerelease..... give them credit for actually being there and trying.

I don't play Diablo.. and I definitely don't care for Activision Blizzard...
but how is a game that sold 12 million copies last year (good for best selling PC game of 2012) and has an 88 on Metacritic a fail?

What does it take to call a game a success at that point?

Lol my Koolaid aint for sale... it took 15+ years of MMO gaming to gather the mats... I am frustrated about it all but ive seen much worse.....from tis company and others... so I grade them B- currently on a historical scale of releases.

And you sir, are INCORRECT.
It was laggy as all hell... but nothing was stopping you from playing the content (other than the fact that there was none). You COULD play the game

We CANNOT play the game. That is a very fundamental difference
