I read the latest update in the "Status" forum and realized it's the exact same story as yesterday. SE is starting to sound like a broken record. "We thank you for your understanding"... please. Cut the BS cookie-cutter copy pasted messages. If they didn't anticipate that there would be this much traffic then they should just come out and say so. Otherwise, SE just looks cheap, like they're cutting corners to try and save money.

There is no preference of Square by JP or NA / EU. What happens is that in JP servers only Japanese (most of them) access. Servers in NA / U.S., the rest of the world accesses, so the problems.
But of course, they miscalculated the servers for us. I think we believe more in their game than themselves.
I am not advocating the SE, but it is not difficult to understand why the problems.
We can only hope that they solve the problem so we can play without stress. -

Yeah nothing will get fixed again.
It will be another waste of 3 early access hours, then maintenance will end, we will log in, play for some more hours, crash, get another 10102 or 90000 error or get stuck while trying to get into an instance, and they will do yet another maintenance.
And so on and so on. -

I'm sick of this..
I work 9 hours a day, 6 days a week. I have friends, sport and a girlfriend. Yesterday I came out of work tired as hell (2 hours "sleep" cos I wanted to play FFXIV so badly the next day). Once I arrived at home with my happy head in the clouds thinking about finaly playing.. I got fucked over thanks to a maintenance.
I had 2 hours of playtime.. The patch/maintenance was finished 30 minutes too late for me.
Today.. Same shit. I get out of work, happy as fuck, tired as fuck.. I login, press play.. Have to wait in a queue because I CAN'T switch to another server (DAFUQ) and after 5 minutes I can finaly see my character and do a lvl 11 quest on a lvl 17 conjurerer that is bugged as fuck where I see my character getting "raped" by like 8 mobs. BOOOOOM maintenance and hell yeah right in my playtime.
This is why I pre-ordered? This is why I didn't bought a physical copy in a store for 10,- less later (after launch)? Man.. I understand that you guys are prolly working hard but mane you are screwing with guys like me.. I payed like 10,- extra for a digital copy in the Square Store to play early access with my 4 hours of free time over 2 days.
Thanks guys.. feels like we live in a year called 1980 or something.. This isn't beta anymore.. This is a very bad stress test in the year 2013. Why the hell did I pre-ordered. Give me a free month or something.. And oh yeah one of my friends still hasn't gotten a pre order code and your support team does nothing but eating peanut butter on their wifes homemade sandwich. -
