ANOTHER Emergency Maintenance...

I have this funny feeling you see... that the emergency maintenance will happen.... and my prediction is that: NOTHING WILL GET FIXED!

What do you guys think? It seems to be a repeat pattern. I've stood behind SE for quite some time now saying be patient but I think it's time that we all can say that our patience are wearing thin and it's time for SE to figure this out for real this time.

We've had more emergency maintenances than Rift had in the first day. Granted I was around and knew how horrible that launch was, but even they didn't have 3-4 in the first 26 hours....

It's time we were given some answers about what is actually going on instead of these run of the mill "trouble logging in" or "difficulties." We clearly know that. Give us some real damn answers about what is actually going on.

What I see is an ill conceived idea that 3 days of beta 4 was going to be enough to resolve issues for Early Access.

Out of all the people that they should have worried about is the Early Access folks, that is your loyal fan base and they will likely have highest percentage of people that will be long time subscribers.
These little emergency maintenance's that do nothing are disheartening at best. Whats even a bigger slap in the face is that the JP servers are running perfectly fine.

Might I suggest that we all just start making new characters on those servers until our issues are resolved. At least it will feel like an actual early access, not beta phase 5.

It is really frustrating that they do seem to have focused on getting things right the first time for the JP servers and seem to have left the NA/EU servers on the wayside..... Its good to know just how little value SE places on the NA/EU community.

I'm sick of this..

I work 9 hours a day, 6 days a week. I have friends, sport and a girlfriend. Yesterday I came out of work tired as hell (2 hours "sleep" cos I wanted to play FFXIV so badly the next day). Once I arrived at home with my happy head in the clouds thinking about finaly playing.. I got fucked over thanks to a maintenance.

I had 2 hours of playtime.. The patch/maintenance was finished 30 minutes too late for me.

Today.. Same shit. I get out of work, happy as fuck, tired as fuck.. I login, press play.. Have to wait in a queue because I CAN'T switch to another server (DAFUQ) and after 5 minutes I can finaly see my character and do a lvl 11 quest on a lvl 17 conjurerer that is bugged as fuck where I see my character getting "raped" by like 8 mobs. BOOOOOM maintenance and hell yeah right in my playtime.

This is why I pre-ordered? This is why I didn't bought a physical copy in a store for 10,- less later (after launch)? Man.. I understand that you guys are prolly working hard but mane you are screwing with guys like me.. I payed like 10,- extra for a digital copy in the Square Store to play early access with my 4 hours of free time over 2 days.

Thanks guys.. feels like we live in a year called 1980 or something.. This isn't beta anymore.. This is a very bad stress test in the year 2013. Why the hell did I pre-ordered. Give me a free month or something.. And oh yeah one of my friends still hasn't gotten a pre order code and your support team does nothing but eating peanut butter on their wifes homemade sandwich.

All thats gonna happen is they will do the maintenance. 2 hours later.... Finally its fixed few minutes later "OMG Still Broken SE What you doing!?"

Hopefully they get it right this time. If not after 4-5 attempts I'd fear for my job and get a next one lined up before I got canned.
