[suggestion] Radically lower the level requirement for Raise/Resurrect

I think RAISE and RESURRECTION (Not Rez, Res, or anything else.....this is not WoW) are fine the way they are given the level cap will prob not be 50 for more then another year. I do however think that the rank requirement for sleep should we lowed and spells like erase should be added into the game.

As a side note, I'd like you to notice that neologisms like Res and Rez have been in use between the MMORPG population since WAY before WoW saw the light of day. I'm absolutely sure they were in use both in DAOC and in Final Fantasy XI prior of WoW's release. I actually saw them used quite generously in MUDs, somewhere around 20 years ago :D

....I never saw Rez or Res used in XI, at least not by a long term XI player. Only times I had ever seen those words used was when someone from WoW started playing XI.

However, yes, "res" was a term used in Lineage, which was 10 years before WoW.

Or just give it an actual animation... I don't even know I casted it when I do until the person raises up lol.

mmmmk, now can we stop picking out stuff that does not matter? I understand that it was not WoW that was first to use it I was simply using it for an example. Beyond that lets discuss the reason this topic was made shall we? With such a powerful spell (in terms of the in-game play when you think about it, it's kind of a big deal to bring some back to life or from being "Knocked-out") a raise should be a more advanced spell and therefore be a bit harder to obtain. Getting raise at 38 when the cap will eventually be 75-99 is imo pretty generous.

Agreed... No raise post 38 is what contributes to the challenge.

Do you mean that running from point A to point B instead of standing up and waiting 3 minutes in place is a "challenge"?

I would like Raise to NOT BE CROSS CLASS. A rank 7 PUG using raise hurts my feelings I don't care how much you like it. I mean it is awesome to be able to raise your friend while duoing at low levels but with the amount of slot you have for actions it just seems ridiculous.
