Getting the 'No valid or active service account' while trying to log into my v.1 account. I had participated in the beta events over the summer and in the final beta. Even dug up my old v.1 CE product key to see if it would work as a pre-order code...nope.
Im a legacy player but cant log in for the early access as well. No "codes" were mailed to me, so I really don't know what to do.

Same here, 1.0 legacy player, no code or no active account, don't expect em to do anything about it either
I am having the same issue. The thing is, I never received a early access code, and yet I am a legacy member. You would think SE would make DAMN sure that of all people to not overlook / ensure there are no issues with, it would be the Legacy members. We stuck with them through 1.0, Alpha / Beta tested ARR, and now we cannot recieve the PROMISED benefit of early access? Not going to lie, I am starting to queston my loyalties. Hope SE comes up with a solution soon. :/
That's not his point. He's just saying that not only was he a Legacy member who financially supported them during the 1.0 mess, but also a volunteer tester for the sequel because of his loyalty and faith in the company to make a great product. I'm the same, a Legacy member and tester for both PC and PS3 versions, and I also pre-ordered the CE, but even with all that criteria we're still left behind while everyone else enjoys the game. It's just not very fair atm, but hopefully they'll fix it soon. We do get a ton of bonuses for our loyalty of course, but they're all in-game, and we can't do anything because we can't even play yet.
