Beta 4 is the early access client, it will patch.

Preorder bonus items will be distributed after launch through moogle mail.

Ordered the game from PSN. Therefore, I did not receive a 12 Digit Code.

Under the Service List on PSN, it states that I have Early Access.

Is there a fix that I don't know about at this moment? Little help please
