No active account error

I thought I'd try to update as much as possible after entering my early access code and getting a confirmation email. The launcher updated, and I logged in, then had 2 screens of user agreements I agreed to. After that I got a no service active error or something like that. Now when I log on, I get the same error. Is this what comes up until the game servers come online, or do I have a problem? I checked my account, and my service for ff14 is activated. Any info would be helpful, since we probably won't have support during the weekend.

I entered the 5-3-5-3 code when I registered for early access. I got an email with another code to download the game to my ps3, but I already had the client from beta4, so I shouldn't have to do that. (I also did beta3)

You still have to enter the 12 digit code on the PS3. No need to download again other than the patch, but you do need to apply the 12 digit code.

You mean enter the code in the account management/redeem code page on the ps3? I was under the impression you only had to do that to install the game. You mean I entered a code (EA) so they could give me another code? How stupid is that!?!

The first code does nothing but add the game to your social account and generate the preorder code. It doesn't grant anything on its own. The 20 for PC or 12 for PS3 code is the one that grants the early access and preorder items.

Ok!So u will be granted thouse free 15 or 30 days becouse u own a 1.0 colector edition or standard edition but u will not be granted the early aces.So the eror u get now wile loging in the game launcher is that u dont have an acount fited for early aces.

My advice for u is simple.Buy an EA code is dam chep all over the internet and use it as described on the forum.On the 27 u will have your acount free for the time suited for colector edition or standard 1.0.

I was also on OB and i have an old unused 1.0 standard edition and i cant use it till 26-27 but to get early aces i simply buy the EA and i am rdy to go as i already patch the game and my launcher says to wait til EA start.

You have to be a Legacy 1.0 person to get Early Access. If you aren't Legacy you will be able to play on 8/27.
