Mishaela,
Would you mind doing a somewhat step by step on what you do for stuff like twinthread, Im trying to do Rose Gold Nuggets so pretty much the same thing.
Thanks

I can't really do that since I don't have a step-by-step routine outside of the first few steps and it also depends on how much durability you are working with. Once I get going, what I do depends on how orb condition lines up (or not) with my buffs and how many fails I get on quality steps. That said, I can give the general rundown. Start with Comfort Zone, Inner Quiet, and Waste Not II, in that order. After that, alternate Careful Synthesis II and Hasty Touch buffed with Steady Hand II until you are 1 Careful Synthesis II away from completion and then milk the most quality you can out of your CP/durability and save your last durability for the last Careful Synthesis II. On low level recipes, I can cap quality quicker with Advanced Touch instead of Hasty without needing to save the CP on durability restoration. On recipes like rose gold or twinthread with only 40 durability to work with you will need to use a durability restore skill but I don't need to on 80 durabilty recipes; for example I can HQ things like Aetheryte Rings and Militia Wristlets 100% with all NQ nuggets using this approach unless I get an unlucky string of fails on Touch skills.
For basic items my personal favorite rotation so far is this:
Inner Quiet
Great Strides
Waste Not
Steady Hand
Advanced Touch (Standard at earlier levels)
Standard Touch x 4
Finish with Careful Synthesis
Gives me good and very consistent results.
