$995 seems to be the no questions asked price. If you want to get in for free you need 2 pieces of ID, company website, and some other stuff. That doesn't even include the hotel and airfare. The hotel I stayed in was $220 a night.
E3 is like the biggest tease, they are like come play all these new game demos, only you can't come.
Officially its even in their FAQ, not open to public, industry professionals, press only.
I been to E3 once for free knew someone that worked at Ubisoft that got me in. It was pretty fun but is it worth $995, I would say no. Sure there's a bunch of demos of new games but that's only so exciting and anything that's popular has a long wait to play as well.
E3 is a trade show, not an expo or convention. Trade shows by definition are made for people within the industry that is relevant to the show.
Oh Yoshi, you're such a tease!
in the end we gonna find out what was presented at E3 anyways, so... :)
Stalk him outside the door as he leaves for the day. It'll turn into an event like when the Beatles used to roll up/depart from an event. :P
Give all legacy member's who can make it, a pass to go in and say "HI" to Yoshi.. seems good idea to me.
It's probably a good thing they don't let the public into E3, I'd only give Miqo'shida a ball of yarn :3
