Well with the prices range I had 2400-2500 how much better would a Desktop home build be over one of these laptops? Might just build one now if I can use you all for help and what I need to make ARR run perfectly

2.5K Range? A properly built desktop would squash ANY laptop or even Desknote.

8 Cosair high end fans
2 120mm Led Case fans
H100 Water cooler for Cpu
128 GB SSD
3 TB HDD 7200rpm
and a Blueray drive

AFTER rebates and everything (nothing on sale) i spent $1475 + free shipping, took me 3hrs to have it up and running ffxiv 1.XX

And i score a decent 9234~8876 on 1920x1080 on benchmark ( have gotten 10k but i pushed stability just to satisfy my ego)
