I am confident some of these will come once LV-cap raises. We still miss a lot of spells/statuses/actions I think.... they cannot give them all out right now cause there would be no more to give after lv-cap raise.

Some more contributions:
Stone/Petrify
What it does: Slow effect with countdown after which your character becomes stone -- Character is unable to move, make any action, and does not take damage. (Effective KO)
how to cure it: Using Return, Esuna, Remedy/Panacea, or 'Gold Needle'

What it does: Stats become that of LVL 1 character. Hair turns grey
how to cure it: Esuna, Remedy/Panacea, Lasts 90 sec.

Zombie (FFV/FFVI - inspired)
What it does: Lose control of character which walks towards and auto-attacks allies - healing magic is inverted and damages character ('Raise' effects will instant KO) - skin turns grey-green

We already have a version of amnesia (pacification), and things like Charm and Confusion would never work in this kind of game, as you are not FORCED to input commands, nor do you even need to stand within range to inadvertently attack an ally. The only way I could see that they would implement confusion, would be to make it so it jumbles up your controls (EI, up makes you go left, you hit skill key 1, it throws skill key 4), however this would just make people stop doing ANYTHING until their confusion was gone, and would make it equivalent to petrify, and therefore redundant.
I still remember battles in FF6 that is easier if you let your whole party remain zombied.
Death => Raise
Cure => Damage
Unholy magic => Cure
