You simply cannot balance a tank with a raise ESPECIALLY the one that after raising can then protect 100% of the damage of the raised person
Tank invulns, then raises a healer and covers them while the healer LB3’s would become an instantly game warping strat, and that’s just LB3 cheesing, tank rezzing would allow far too much zombiying
About the only consolation I’d give is if PLD was given the eureka action sacrifice. If PLD had sacrifice (with a 3 second latency to prevent rezz cheesing) that I could see as being thematic without being unbalanced
