Looks like a Mandragora Village to me!

Might be goblin. Part of that weird tower also looks like part of a gobby mask.

I always pictured Goblins to be way more mechanical

Maybe I'm thinking of Moblins.

If I'm not mistaken, I think that 蛮族 is basically used to mean "beastman" in FFXIV. So, it could easily mean "beastman village" == "goblin village."

Yep in FFXIV that 蛮族 Banzoku is word used for beastmen.
