While I don't disagree people need to generally chill out, but you've not actually explained the situation in which this person was complaining about. Without details, for all we know this person could be entirely correct.

If your server is where you are and you're on Aether DC, then you just ran into a rare occurrence. The vast majority of people in roulettes on Aether, whether they're from Aether or traveled from another DC, are pretty chill and laid back. You will find that random person with a stick up their behind, but they're few and far between.
What I want to know is, what level dungeon was it?
Because if it's anything past Stormblood, there's kind of an expectation of competence at your role. If I'm in Endwalker content healing a Tank with no job stone and two DPS who don't know what an AOE is, I'm gonna start being toxic too if they don't take the hint the first time I (nicely) ask them to straighten out.
Waiter, more 'complaining about bad group without giving full context' posts, please!
Every time someone says "everything was fine, idk why the rage quit?" I assume that, in fact, not everything was fine.
I am not going to throw a fit in a dungeon, but I will leave when I realize that it won't be fun because of the very unique playstyle of some.
Just wanna ask like the others what level was teh dungeon? I have had new players at their role in a 91 dungeon. and i was tank so i had ot go "hey quick question are you new to healing?" Most go oh yes i am and i'll do small pulls until they adjust. But wihtotu context of what the dungeon was, the level and such be hard ot know what level of expansion it is
I agree that some folks need to chill. I get tired of seeing people woof and moan in the chat when I get dropped in Praetorium or one of the Crystal Tower A-Raids.
But the lack of details leads me to believe a yarn is being spun.
