Actually if I'm not mistaken, the fat eulmore NPCs use lalafell bones/model, just made bigger. But even if she didn't, she's an (non combatant) NPC, they can use custom animation unlike us player's character.

I do agree that having more /playdead animations would be nice. Not necessarily taking the ones from other races, mind you, but new ones.

Yes to un genderlocking the idle stances for jobs, thats a long time coming
No to allowing you to pick other races animations.

As a female Midlander player, I would love to have the option to change my running animation, as well as to have the male Ninja idle pose.

what about your own identity?

not like you couldnt learn other cultures behaviours or living there / growing up there and take over some of it.

Agreed.
I want the races animation and unique emotes to stay locked.
The devs already reduce Miqo'te to Hyur with gear in parts and I don't want that to spread tbh.

Glamour unlock is great. Gender unlocking of stances, sure.
Racial features and animations though should stay unique.

I just want more running/idle animations. Idm them being race locked tho.

I wouldn't mind being able to swap upgraded battle skill animations. Example: I like the way Bard's Wide Volley skill looks more than Shadowbite.
So, it would be great to use Wide Volley's animation but it's still Shadowbite's damage.
