At the end of the day, as a leader, you get to choose what you are aiming for, and how you run the FC. But, man, personally, I cannot imagine being an FC where the leader polices you around how you should or should not play.

And just to clarify — I technically only own the deed to the land and "lead" the FC. The members themselves run the show when it comes to submarines, crafting, gardening, and other projects — their input helps shape our goals.
Some of our members also have an Oceanic FC, and they asked if it was okay to use our workshop to craft walls, submarine parts, and other items for their location. We ended up donating a good portion of money and materials to make sure they had what they needed.
A few of us who have already hit the content ceiling also farm out previously missed mounts, minions, and even tradables when we can. There’s no officer hierarchy — everyone contributes at their own pace.
While not everyone is always online, we stay connected via Discord. Some are taking breaks or playing other games, and it’s actually kind of fun to see that when a new game drops — like Battlefield 6 — some of us will jump in together and try not to have buildings fall on our heads.
Spamming invites is viewed as harrassment. If you get multiple invites from the same person, just report them.
It is also a clear indication that the fc leader is not a good leader or just trying to pad their numbers. If an fc leader had any clear leadership skills they would send you a short /tell first to say they are recruiting and ask you if you are interested or have any questions.
