People are teasing you because this is SERIOUSLY old news, and the fact that you have no idea whats going on or who Darnus is or about Dalamud is funny. Plus, everyone here says "character" not 'toon'. Especially since 'toon' just sounds...really silly, imo.

By that logic, all new players whom by definition are new to the game and are still unaware for the things to come are "silly" to you. :P

The CS has to do with the current storyline surrounding Dalamud, which, yes, is pretty world threatening, at least in terms of Eorzea. You can only experience this story before 2.0 starts.

Oh. Sorry. I didn't know everyone knew about it already, just thought maybe sharing my experience as a new player to the FF Online genre with General Discussion would appease to someone. Sorry.
