TOS doesn't supersede consumer laws. If I'm paying for a service and I am not able to use said service because of an unreasonable issue, TOS will not help SE. There is no feasible grounds for locking me out of the game completely when there are systems for resolving my issue. They just aren't enabled for some god awful reason?

Likely case, it'll get fixed in a few hours... maybe. Else I'll be giving SE-NA some phone calls throughout the day.

Those "laws" didn't help us when we weren't able to login for 3 weeks with EW launch.

Not the only one unable to log in, I hopped over to Faerie due to not having friends I talk to over on Exodus. Am currently sat in a discord call with friends on Faerie who are waiting for me to log in, "This world is experiencing congestion. Visiting characters cannot log in at this time." Yeah great idea S.E. -.-

long queue times are not the same as being completely locked out.
Unless I'm missing something and this exact thing happened last time.

There were no warnings broadly advertised.
Nothing about it in game
Nothing about it on the client
Nothing about it on Steam

Just a vague descriptor that says it may take more time to transfer in news article you have to click 3 different links to get to.

I got also stuck and was trying the solution that was in the memo:

I tried that and got this window;
Unable to select Behemoth as a destination for return to home world requests at this time

does anyone know why they suggest to return over the login and then it does not work?
