Resub issues and region lock need to be addressed ASAP

My account got hit by an i2501 error whenever I keep selecting any payment option. It’s been 72 hours and the issue persists. Square support has just been copy pasting their FAQ and one genius told me to just make a new account. NA player.

The need to halt auto demolition if this is a problem. No excuse for someone losing a house because they can't make a payment due to changes in payment requirements. There should at the least be a cooldown period for this to be resolved.

That's most likely more of a Steam issue than a SE issue tbf, Since Steam gets a cut from money made on the Steam version.

Hahaha, what is Square thinking? That's incredibly wild and delusional of them to think people will give them more money after their account has been locked for no reason and support refuses to fix it. Unbelievable.

I believe it's being addressed, but it's in Japanese.
