Upcoming mogtome rewards look a bit... boring and uninspired...

Have they revealed what the ultimog challenge will be?

Was hoping that the Mog rewards would include the "Gancanagh" -TT card from Eureka Orthos, as they still haven't added alternative way to get that.

But guess I'll keep on waiting. Just sucks to sit at 403/404 cards. Hopefully they'll add new NPC in 6.57 or 6.58 for it, at the very least.

Pro: Updated systems are generally a good thing

Con: Rewards need looked at. They kinda suck (a lot) compared to last cycles.

Wish they had more items like the Inferno Jacket instead of just neckerchiefs and earrings.

Pro tip : queue up Rival Wings, fun gameplay and fast rewards.

And on the other hand, I wish there were more necklaces and earrings – but NOT the endless stream of mascots.

Give me the Skallic, Crystarium, Edenchoir and Edenmorn pieces in different metals and gemstone colours and I'll be collecting the lot.

Also, level 1 plain silver earrings, and more glamour earrings in general. Equipping the pre-order levelling earring forces us to only have access to level 1 glamours for an extremely long time now.

Im on OCE so stuff like Bozja can be.... hit and miss. World content can be soloed at least but try to get a CL, DB or Dal? Not gonna happen.
That said i got lucky when i was in a DRS static, took advantage of the activity and got as much farming done as i could, got lucky with 5 golden Gabrials.
Used 1, sold the other 4 for 60 million and got myself a Mansion for the first time ever lol.

Anouther alternate route they could take with rewards is to actually make some mounts for it, maybe a special Lynx mount that all of us EX mount collectors were hoping for but got shafted on with that dragon instead.

This is a really good system, it is just a shame the rewards don't necessarily scratch the itch.

I'm not 100% sure why they backpedaled to the Legendary Fife again... We had these in Aug-Oct., - Would have been nice if they could've continued with the Gwiber like they started.

If this is the last Treasure Trove until 7.0 (Not sure??) - Then I think it would have been best unloading more mount rewards.

Rival Wings will likely see a revival for a few weeks at least...
But on the rewards, there's not really much there... The biggest and most rarest things being the two Firmament mounts.

On the topic of this event, one thing they should do with the Moogle Tomestones is have a permanent one that offers old max level dungeon loot as rewards, as they're mostly just glam gear and you have no way to reliably grind them...

Man 5? that is some great luck.
But yeah making new items for the Mog events would be cool, Personally I don't see it happening though.
That dragon meta mount feels so out of place just feels like something they developed but no longer needed and went to the cutting room only to be brought back as the EW meta mount lmao.
