DoLs start with 2 sets of ATK DOWN + POISON, then ATK DOWN all the way until all the 3 special weapons die. This way, you don't risk the chance that a special mob will die to the poison, resulting in a waste of 30 min.

If you are too slow, that 2nd poison can be a liability.

DoL are better off going Attack Down, Poison, Attack Down, Sleep, Attack down continuously until NM spawns. This should allow you to get all three debuffs up at once, which is worth some extra points (crafters should try to do the same at some point).
Then alternate attack down and emnity resets, freeing up the crafters to focus on multiple buffs for that period while you can only have one usefull debuff going.
After the final special-weapon-holder is down, coordinate with your crafters. When/if one is free to do the emnity reset (get them to tell you if they are crafting one), use the opportunity to replace your own reset with a poison. One will do. Otherwise continue will the attack down & emnity reset alternation until the zombie is dead. With the zombie dead, have a reset 2/3 completed and the last pot ready to turn in just in case the NM redirects orders just before he's about to die (you get points for there being no active orders at time of victory).

I'll say it only once - sleep is only useful for points when you get all three debuffs up at once. Otherwise, save it for the "Make stuff, not war" achievement attempt.
