I'm still waitingg for them to reincorporate the Campaign/Conquest system, where you could buy from other factions at an inflated price, they even added a 'black market' through the QiQi Clink Clink network, they may as well utilize them for that purpose.

Considering the current situation in the story-line I would assume that's correct... Which would be awesome because despite being an Adder I really like the Ul'Dah weapons more!

In the german it read more like a reminder that you can now rank up to officier rank and that you can get very good gear as officier.
