rework LBs, the system like in pvp could be cool but would need work in old fights.
No tank should get raise though, I'd argue removing it from Summoner if anything. Healers in general need more going for them anyway.

I hate things being convenient. The point of a videogame is to supply manageable challenges.
Rather than trying to kludge new functionality onto the limit break, just make phoenix downs stackable and usable in combat with a five- or ten-minute cooldown so anyone can rez someone else once. Then make combat harder.
No, tank sustain needs to go down. Especially now that their damage throughput has been streamlined, there is no excuse for Warrior in particular to be healing as much as it currently is.
