These mature themes are treated in a sutil way. Yesterday, I was playing with my alt at Gyr Abania area. In one of the side quests we have to talk to people there after the resistence take the place. One miqo'te we meet is in the streets bouncing and she says that she "was glad to give her services to the imperials, but now eager to serve the soldiers of the resistence". My reaction was:"what!? '-'"

But I think this is the limit they actualy go for this kind of stuff. More than that is against ToS... (gladly).

It's all good friend, I'm not talking about anything sexual, I'm talking about a pretty lady saying comforting non sexual things, a woman's beauty is powerful in other ways then making a man lust, if she appears innocent and sweet, comforting, her beauty alone can be like a spell cast on a man, charmed by beauty and sweet feminum tricks, I'm a sucker for a sweet heart lol.

These aren't Romantic or Sexual encounters, I'm simply just asking for the kind sweetness that only a woman can provide, almost like a mother or really compassionate female friend, you know the girl whose all super nice and sweet to everyone, basically her in a npc form u stick on your house.

I probably sound creepy or weird , I understand one thinking that, but I suck at explaining things, I'm not the dude looking for sex or marriage or girlfriends, I'm the dude who looks for sweetness from females, I like sweet comforting female attention, it can be gotten outside of a relationship or sexual partner.
