The wave hasn't happened yet - historically autodemo waves do hit more larges and mediums than you might expect. Not a ton, but I would expect more than zero.

Auto demo hit NA 30 mins or so ago, lots of plots on Sargatanas open including larges,3 larges on Balmung and a bazillion mediums

I took a look at Paissa DB a few hours before demo and shortly afterwards. Here is the data I gathered about houses on Crystal.

There’s maybe a little more than I expected. Only bad thing is they’ll probably all be gone in one lotto. Only one of my dream plot opened, so there’s my bid next lotto. :)

There will be some shuffling as people relocate so they won't all be gone in a single lotto but they'll probably be mostly gone by the end of the second.

An average of 425 houses per server have auto-demolished on Crystal servers since December 5th 2021 which was 446 days ago. That's an average of 0.953 houses per day or 8.6 houses per a 9-day lottery period. Each year this adds up to around 70 additional houses in each of the 5 housing districts.

True… there were a surprising number of LB mediums demoed too, so I’m hoping people go for those first. That’s what happened when the new wards came out at any rate; first lotto was only 6 bids on my dream small. There’s at least one 41 open, so that ought to get a ton of bids! lol
