I want new players to win bids through their own gusto, not be given the biggest endgame reward on a silver platter. Why would I ever support devaluing my achievement?

You know, maybe hes right. In fact maybe we should remove some wards. We can have a match between members of each ward facing off against another ward. This would incentivize people to actually play and utilize their plot more, or risk losing it undefended in the great housing war. Only the most active wards can remain.
and here i was thinking they should add more Sub-divisions and more wards and more districts.
One of these days, I will compose my idea of how they can do instanced housing with what is in place. It makes minimal changes and is more efficient than what they have now. It's lengthy, but I'd have to compose the idea well enough. If I thought they even cared what we said, I would have posted it long ago for them to review and consider. But, Yoshi knows best, so...
Because there is no value to it other than you. No one else cares about any achievement you've ever made. Ever. You can't do anything with it to give value to others. Don't confuse value with desire.
You can't do anything with it, it's only yours, so there is no "value". Only to you, so if you think that it devalues you somehow, your narcissism will have to just have to ride it out and get over it, to be frank.
Which would be totally unfair to those devoted to using their house if they're surrounded by others who aren't.
You never played RIFT once they added housing. What some people used to do in RIFT Dimensions (which were fully instanced) makes what players do here look like a toddler's building block creation.
RIFT also had a great search tool for finding the Dimensions built by other players. Much better than stumbling through ward after ward hoping you might find that one house worth a tour.
I've posted my own ideas for it in this subforum already. Simply instance the plots with the placard being where you select which instance to visit.
They do care what we have to say. Unfortunately, that doesn't mean they can or will implement our ideas.
Sounds more like someone with low self-esteem than a narcissist.
I agree.
Keeping track on all the wards is way too difficult.
Please add subsubdivisons instead.
