CC actually immediately snapshots at the trigger, unlike damage resolution (yes, even Primal Rend does, even though its damage happens ages later after the actual gap closer). You cannot get CC'ed under guard ever. Unless maybe you have high latency and your client shows you guarding, but the server says nope... Maybe that's a possibility?

Biggest issue is when the game starts second guessing and results in major disadvantage, such as entering the Guard animation and getting slowed without the skill going on cooldown and not protecting you. Getting only the detrimental effects of it.

Most others are dealable with experience and prediction, though it's incredibly annoying if your weaves get messed up by server hiccups on cc resolving and purifying.
