There's actually a decent chance it is Ishikawa writing it, or at the very least being oversight on it; while she's the current main scenario writer, that doesn't mean she writes every individual patch chapter personally (as opposed to the broad strokes) -- nor does it mean she doesn't write other stuff. And she got her start in this game writing raid storylines, after all. (Coils and Omega are both her work.)

If not Ishikawa, honestly, I'd suspect Banri Oda writing or overseeing it. After all, he's the other lead writer, and one of the loremasters; Pandaemonium figures far more deeply into key MSQ-related lore than previous raid series generally have. (Plus, I think he's the one who wrote the Eden raid storyline, though I may be misremembering the Famitsu article I'm thinking of.)

Keep dumbing down the classes
Keep only making 1 dungeon per patch
Keep only making an ultimate per expansion

I want them to continue to full on support the pvp scene. It was arguably dead prior to 6.1 and the new job revamp and modes and series rewards (I suppose I'm not sure the series rewards thing was a system that was always there) generally is a lot of fun for me to distract myself from the main game.

I hope they keep [insert not so subtle dig at everything I hate]

I think 6.2 is the first time we ever had an unique dungeon set in a X.2 patch in years. Endwalker was criticized for its number of recycled gear on release, I'm glad they seem to be correcting their course.

Also while I'm personally not found of shared hairstyles on Hrothgar, now that they added ears back it did its work on improving the visual diversity of the race.

while I can't remember how many pieces of content had drops that previously didn't exist it.

I hope they keep thinking of new drops to content. While many could of expected the 2b coffer.

I hope they keep thinking of new drops for other content as well.
[while I recently found out that a certain set was a chance win from crafting. it would nice to see a drop for glamour that is shared between multiple classes]
as well as things asides Trade-in, Rolls, and Minions.

[I know they also added items to past content at times. but overall additions tying various parts of the game would be beneficial if they keep it. and won't stay a once and done deal]

I want them to keep making beautiful zones.

It's not talked a lot but FFXIV has some of the prettiest skies I've seen in any game. The Sea of Clouds is still one of my favorite zones for this reason alone.

Would be nice if they implemented new features on it, like custom matches in FC/Housing on a furniture piece... then I will finally be able to live the dream to set up a Mahjong Bar themed around Yakuza
